The DePaul University and Facing History and Ourselves Collaboration welcomes Professor Timothy Gilfoyle, past president of the Urban History Association and winner of the Allan Nevins and Kenneth Jackson prizes. Professor Gilfoyle will present “A Pickpocket’s Tale: George Appo and the Progressive Origins of Eugenics,” which draws on his award-winning book.
This event will take place on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. at Lincoln Park Campus – Room to be confirmed.
