The Discovery of the Mediterranean Diet: A Lifestyle from the Past Useful for the Future

Professor Elisabetta Moro (Università Suor Orsola Benincasa, Naples) will discuss the discovery and relevance of the Mediterranean Diet, which was inscribed in 2013 on UNESCO's list of intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Presented by the Italian Cultural Institute of Chicago and the Department of Modern Languages, Italian at DePaul University.
