DESCRIPTION:All College of Law community members (students\, staff\, facult
 y\, alumni\, and friends of the COL) are invited to join the Pro Bono & Com
 munity Service Initiative (PBCSI) and our student partners for our first Do
 nate-A-Day of 2024 with Stone Temple Missionary Baptist Church\, and the GR
 OWSS committee of the North Lawndale Community Coordinating Council’s Soup 
 for the Soul program on Monday\, January 15th in honor of Dr. Martin Luther
  King Jr. Day! Soup for the Soul is a mutual aid program launched in late 2
 020 to help Lawndale families experiencing food insecurity.\n\nFamily membe
 rs and friends are invited to join as well! There is no age requirement for
  volunteers.\n\nCollege of Law Volunteers can participate in a full or part
 ial day of service activities:\n\n9:00am-10:00am: Part 1: Help with breakfa
 st for the community and Soup for the Soup Clients and other activities (ga
 rdening\, cleaning\, organizing donations)\n\n10:30am-11:30am: Commemoratio
 n of Dr. King Jr. (all volunteers are encouraged to attend)\n\n11:30am-1:00
 pm: Volunteers will help with various activities (gardening\, cleaning\, or
 ganizing donations)\n\n1:00pm-3:00pm: Part 2: Soup for the Soul preparation
  and distribution.\n\nAll Activities Will Take Place at Stone Temple Baptis
 t Church: 3622 W Douglas Blvd\, Chicago\, IL 60623\n\nLunch of Soup and San
 dwiches will be provided.\n\nVolunteers: Please Register HERE by Sunday\, J
