You are Enough!, Windy City Performing Arts' spring concert, is named after the trilogy of pieces A Mental Health Suite. The first half of the concert explores pieces of music that are symbols of mental health challenges, anxiety, choosing life, over taking one's life, otherness, existential dread, and panic through pieces including Please Stay by Jake Runestad, How to Sing Like a Planet by Elizabeth Alexander and culminating in the call to love oneself and one another with pieces like I Celebrate Myself by M.J. Trotta and The Promise of Loving by J. Runestad.
